We are urgently recruiting class 1 drivers for double manned work for a major retailer in Shirebrook.

• Double manned - up to 21 hour shifts
• Excellent pay - £19ph weekdays, £23 weekends
• No experience required however is advantageous
• Work starting immediately

Adina's Recruitment are seeking part time van drivers for ad-hoc and possible pre-booked work. You must have at least 6 months driving experience and be over 21 years of age.

• On average deliveries tend to be between 1-6 drops (depending on requirements on the day) & start times can vary again depending on where you going but the average start time is between 03:00-08:00. However there may also be night shifts available.
• Minimum 8 hours pay however be aware that you could work up to 15 hours maximum in a day.
• We pay £13ph (includes Holiday pay) weekdays.
• Weekend rates vary depending on client.
• Locations for our clients are around Ilkeston, Chesterfield and Mansfield.
• We work around your availability, if we have shifts that come up and you are available we will offer you the work. You tell us when you can work and we will do our best to find you the work most suitable.
• Some handball may be required but not always. Please let us know the type of shifts that would suit you best!
• We also have occasional porter work available too if this is something you would be happy to do.

We are currently looking for 7.5 tonne drivers to work in and around the Mansfield area, including Chesterfield and Ilkeston. For work either on an ongoing weekly basis or part time ad-hoc.

We are recruiting reliable and flexible Class 2 drivers for various clients in Ilkeston, Chesterfield and the Mansfield area. The ideal candidate will be delivering orders to their customers in a professional, timely and safe manner. You will be expected to be available for up to a 15 hour shift, however usual shift times are anywhere from around 6 hours to 10 hours. You will be paid a minimum of 8 hours if your shift falls below this time. You will also be expected to carry out daily vehicle checks, ensuring any defects are reported to the client as well as maintaining company vehicles in a clean and tidy manner. With rates of pay starting from £13.50per hour going upwards for weekends and bank holidays and night shifts. Shift pattern: Shifts can vary. We are looking for drivers who are happy to be contacted for ad-hoc work, as well as possible pre-bookings. What you will need:

• At least 6 months experience driving a Class 2 vehicle
• Must have a valid Tachograph card
• Must have a valid UK CPC card and driving licence
• No more than 8 points

We are seeking reliable and experienced Class 1 drivers You will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations, including Chesterfield, Ilkeston Nottingham and Alfreton. This position requires excellent driving skills, minimum of 6 months experience and a strong commitment to safety. Pay rates from £16.50 per hour, with an increase for nights, weekends and bank holidays. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle
• Loading and unloading cargo using appropriate equipment may be required
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any mechanical issues or damages
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times
• Communicate effectively with transport office and other team members
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding transportation and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Valid UK driver's licence and CPC
• Valid tachograph card
• Proven experience as a HGV driver for 6 months
• Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety
• Ability to operate a commercial vehicle
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
