Van driver

Adina’s Recruitment are seeking part time van drivers for ad-hoc and possible pre-booked work. You must have at least 6 months driving experience and be over 21 years of age.

• On average deliveries tend to be between 1-6 drops (depending on requirements on the day) & start times can vary again depending on where you going but the average start time is between 03:00-08:00. However there may also be night shifts available.
• Minimum 8 hours pay however be aware that you could work up to 15 hours maximum in a day.
• We pay £13ph (includes Holiday pay) weekdays.
• Weekend rates vary depending on client.
• Locations for our clients are around Ilkeston, Chesterfield and Mansfield.
• We work around your availability, if we have shifts that come up and you are available we will offer you the work. You tell us when you can work and we will do our best to find you the work most suitable.
• Some handball may be required but not always. Please let us know the type of shifts that would suit you best!
• We also have occasional porter work available too if this is something you would be happy to do.

Requirements:

• Flexible and reliable
• Good communication
• Available up to 15 hours (shifts usually vary between 6-10hrs)
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Hold the relevant UK driving licence.
